Job summary

Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, part of the Certus Healthcare family, is seeking compassionate RN or LPN candidates in New Concord, OH. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, administer medications, and contribute to personalized care plans in a family-focused environment.

This full-time role offers a three 12-hour shift schedule with every-other-weekend rotation. Great benefits, flexible options (Part Time/PRN), and opportunities for ongoing education are included.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN or RN license.
• Experience in long-term or acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 - $30.00 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Three(3) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Point Click Care is a plus
