Job summary

Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join our care team for the night shift (7 PM to 7 AM) in Henderson, Tennessee. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified candidates.

You will oversee CNAs, participate in admissions and discharges, assess residents, administer medications, and update care plans while maintaining patient confidentiality and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN License for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
