Job summary

Beacon House Senior Living is seeking a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our assisted living community in St. Clairsville, Ohio.

You will administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with the care team to implement individualized plans; the schedule features three 12-hour shifts weekly with an every-other-weekend rotation, and the starting pay is $26 per hour. Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Ohio.
• Experience in Long Term Care, Home Health, or Assisted Living preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide updates to healthcare team.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Beacon House Senior Living. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $26 an hour

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Three (3) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be Week 1- Monday Tuesday Friday Week 2-Monday Thursday Friday
