Job summary

Beacon House Senior Living in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents and support daily operations in a family-focused environment.

Starting pay is $26 per hour, with a typical schedule of two 8-hour shifts weekly and every-other-weekend rotation. Flexible options include Part Time, PRN, and a Weekend Warrior program.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Ohio is required.
• Experience in long term care or assisted living preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident health and report updates to the care team.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Perform vital signs and health history assessments.
• Educate residents and families on health management.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Document progress in electronic health records.

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Beacon House Senior Living. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $26 an hour

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Two (2 ) 8-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be Every Other Weekend

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in Long Term Care, Home Health, or Assisted Living is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Point Click Care is a plus
