Buckeye Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this on-site role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents' progress according to care plans and physician orders.

You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians to support rehabilitation goals and promote patient independence, delivering compassionate, resident-centered care every shift.

Competenze

• Current, active LPN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome!).
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A heart for serving seniors and those in recovery.
