PACS is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation team in Westminster, CO. You will provide direct nursing care, follow care plans, administer medications, and support residents' recovery and independence.

We value compassionate, patient-centered care, strong communication, and collaboration with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a supportive setting.

Competenze

• Current, active LPN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome!).
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
