PACS in Westminster, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation team. You will provide hands-on care, implement care plans, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and therapists to support residents in recovery and daily living.
