The role requires BSN, RN licensure, and at least four years of RN experience with two years in leadership. You will ensure quality patient care, staff development, and compliance with CMS standards while partnering with the Nurse Executive.

Qualificações

• Four years of RN experience in the applying department.
• Two years of nursing leadership experience.
• BSN from an accredited program.
• Valid and unrestricted RN license in any US state.

Responsabilidades

• Guides and directs professional and staff.
• Plans schedules to meet care standards and deadlines.
• Communicates assignments and project milestones clearly.
• Manages workload and assigns tasks per skill levels.
• Mentors staff and identifies training needs.
• Ensures patient care continuity and timely admissions/ transfers.
• Monitors compliance with CMS and hospital policies.
• Acts as liaison with Nurse Executive for reporting.
