Job summary

Arvum Senior Living seeks a licensed RN/LPN nurse leader to oversee the health and wellbeing of our residents and manage the personal care staff schedule. You will ensure appropriate staffing, support medication administration, and maintain regulatory compliance across our community.

Applicants should have 2+ years as a licensed nurse, 1+ year in nursing management, and strong assessment/triage skills. Growth opportunities and dedicated team culture await.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Professional Nurse per state regulations.
• Experience in assisted living, home health or long-term care.
• Two years' experience as a Licensed Nurse preferred
• One year nursing management experience preferred
• Competence in assessment skills, injections/medication administration, follow up and triage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate health and wellbeing of residents with the Director of Health & Wellness.
• Create and post timely staffing schedules for personal care staff.
• Fill call offs and maintain proper staffing levels.
• Support medications and treatments per state regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Communicate with families about changes in care or health concerns.
• Participate in service plan development and monthly updates.
• Address accidents/incidents and unsafe conditions immediately.
