Sullivan Healthcare & Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team and ensure exceptional, person-centered care for residents. This role collaborates with the Director of Nursing to uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Illinois.
• Experience leading nursing staff in a senior care setting.
• Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing department in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and senior leadership.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff including charge nurses, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee wound care and infection control protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
• Foster a positive, respectful work environment and promote open communication and teamwork among staff.
