This role collaborates with the Director of Nursing to uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN or LPN license in Illinois, demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment focused on resident well-being

Assistant Director of Nursing

Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, working closely with the Director of Nursing and other senior leadership team members
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including charge nurses, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction
• Oversee wound care and infection control protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license
