Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the Psychiatry Float Pool across College Hill and Lindner Center of Hope. You will oversee a flexible team of nurses and clinical staff, ensuring timely, quality patient care while supporting staff development and professional growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders, staff onboarding, and continuous process improvement for behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution.
• Active Ohio RN license (or multistate compact).
• At least three years of nursing experience.
• Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMerit per Ohio Board of Nursing code for Foreign Graduates.
• Pass Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Certification Course during orientation.
• Clinical experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
• Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse, supervisor, team lead, or manager.
