Qualifications

• Preferred Master’s Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the Progressive Care Unit.
• Ensure compliance with EBPs, patient safety goals, and regulatory guidelines.
• Promote unit-based governance and nursing career development.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and participate in leadership meetings.
• Manage budget, staffing, and resources to maintain quality patient care.
