Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with establishing standards of performance, quality improvement and care delivery models for their areas of responsibility.
• Monitors department functioning and collaborates with staff to reach desirable outcomes.
• Assists manager in personnel management and promotes high performance from staff.
• Supports scheduling, staffing patterns, and productivity benchmarks.
• Develops, communicates and administers department policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and participates in quality improvement activities.
