Providence Medford Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Medical Surgical Telemetry team. This is a 1.0 FTE, full-time day shift position, weekdays only, offering leadership from the front and dedicated mentoring of caregivers.

You will guide daily operations, strengthen clinical practice, and help deliver safe, high‑quality, whole‑person care in a culture of respect and collaboration within Providence’s network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing (BS or BSN).
• Oregon Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on Medical Surgical Telemetry with a hands-on approach.
• Mentor and develop caregiving staff to enhance clinical practice.
• Partner with nursing leadership to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
