Providence Medford Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Medical Surgical Telemetry team. This is a 1.0 FTE, full-time day shift position, weekdays only, offering leadership from the front and dedicated mentoring of caregivers.

You will guide daily operations, strengthen clinical practice, and help deliver safe, high‑quality, whole‑person care in a culture of respect and collaboration within Providence’s network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing (BS or BSN).
• Oregon Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.

This is a 1.0 FTE, full-time day shift position, working weekdays only.

As an ANM, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with hands‑on leadership, partnering with nursing leadership to guide daily operations, mentor caregivers, strengthen clinical practice, and ensure patients receive safe, high‑quality, whole‑person care.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN). Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024 are encouraged to pursue the BSN degree but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment.
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital.
• Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Shared Governance experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
