Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• BSN and minimum three (3) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Oversees hospital administrative functions to support patient care and budgeting.
• Manages care delivery operations 24/7 with efficient resource use and safety standards.

• Ensures safe, quality, standardized care delivery and regulatory compliance.
