Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and advocate for developmental opportunities; hire, train and develop talent.
• Oversee hospital administrative functions to support patient care and manage budgets and payroll.
• Lead care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment with physicians, staff and service area leaders.
• Drive continuous quality and safety improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
