Job summary

ONE Health Ohio is seeking an experienced nursing professional to support patient care and office workflow. The role requires an active Ohio RN or LPN license and at least two years of clinical experience, with leadership experience preferred.

You will coordinate office and nursing staff, ensure effective communication, and train new employees on office protocols. Responsibilities include patient paperwork, vaccine reporting, and daily huddle execution.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (leadership preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient and staff coordination and delegation.
• Ensure organized and efficient workflow among office and nursing staff.
• Maintain staff communication per chain of command.
• Train new and existing employees on office protocols.
• Manage patient visit paperwork and prior authorizations.
• Handle daily vaccine reporting and related logs.
• Monitor medication supply, oxygen, and general supplies.
• Conduct daily huddles for provider and staff.
• Perform other LPN/MA duties as described.
