Job summary

Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital's Endoscopy department is seeking a nurse leader to coordinate patient care, supervise staff, and oversee equipment and processes in a high-demand setting.

You will lead hiring, training, and performance reviews, manage payroll/timekeeping, and drive compliance with department goals. A valid RN license and 2–5 years of nursing experience are required; leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required.
• RN license required.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience.
• Charge/Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care, personnel management, maintenance of equipment, equipment purchased, and statistical accumulation.
• Manages staffing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations to meet departmental goals.
• Oversees payroll updates, time cards, and scheduling; communicates with staff and leads huddles.
• Develops and implements collaborative plans of care based on assessment and treatment.
