Job summary

Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to coordinate patient care, staff management, maintenance of equipment, and budget adherence within the Endoscopy department. You’ll oversee hires, training, scheduling and performance reviews, and lead payroll-related tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 2–5 years of nursing experience with leadership exposure; RN licensure is required, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include nursing education and RN licensure.
• Leadership/charge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work and evaluates performance.
• Oversees payroll updates, time cards and scheduling.
• Ensures staff productivity aligns with department goals.
• Coordinates patient care and plan of care documentation.
• Manages staffing and budgeting related to department.
