American Senior Communities is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Rosegate Commons Assisted Living in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time position covers days, evenings and nights, providing skilled nursing care to our senior residents with a focus on compassionate, person-centered support.

You will document changes, manage medications, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team to ensure excellence in resident wellbeing and safety.

Full-Time Days, Evenings and Nights

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Skills Needed:

Requirements:

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
