Job summary

Siena Hospital, part of St. Rose Dominican Siena, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery to provide compassionate, high-quality care for mothers and newborns.

You will perform assessments, lead skilled procedures, and implement individualized care plans within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role requires NV RN licensure, BLS/CPR, ACLS, NRP, EFM, and experience across antepartum to Level 1 newborn care, with a commitment to ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience in Labor and Delivery or in an acute care setting within the last 2 years with completion of SRDH specialty training.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in NV.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM).
• Experience across Antepartum, Intrapartum, Postpartum, Post-gynecological and Level 1 Newborn Care.
• Location requires quarterly AHA RQI competency post-hire.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Required

• 1 year of the last 2 years, recent experience as an RN in Labor and Delivery, or as an RN in an acute care setting and successful completion of applicable clinical and didactic SRDH specialty training program.

• 3 years of the last 5 years recent experience as an RN in Labor and Delivery or equivalent in a setting with 100 births/month.
