Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing program.
• Completion of fundamentals of clinicals in an accredited Nursing program.
• 0–1 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care within scope of practice, including vital sign monitoring and hygiene assistance.
• Communicates effectively with the care team and participates in bedside shift reports.
• Develops clinical skills under the guidance of an RN.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment in patient rooms and shared spaces.
• Assists with basic equipment maintenance and proper storage after discharge.
• Performs hourly rounding and provides purposeful patient interactions.
• Documents tasks and observations clearly and timely.
• Upholds excellent customer service with patients and departments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
