Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, direct nursing care to assigned patients under RN supervision.
• Follow hospital Nursing Division policies and departmental procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and document individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, including IV meds, and document clinical findings.
• Assist with tests and procedures and ensure proper consent is obtained.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and support patient safety initiatives.
