Portfolio validation is required within 30 days of hire, and completion of BayCare training is expected. Full-time, part-time and pool shifts may be available; shifts include day and night options to fit student schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Registered Nursing Program and have completed Nursing Fundamentals.
• Submit BayCare Nurse Intern Portfolio within 30 days.
• Completion of BayCare Nurse Apprentice/PCT Clinical Skills training class

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assists the nursing staff in the delivery of patient care as directed by the RN.
• Works as part of a dynamic healthcare team.
