Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Military and Veterans Affairs seeks a Registered Nurse Instructor to develop and deliver staff education at the Pennsylvania Soldiers' and Sailors' Home. Qualifications

Plan and deliver orientation training for new nursing staff and document progress.
Create lesson plans and training programs meeting regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of educational activities and staff participation.
Share information on available training programs and demonstrate new procedures.
Identify educational needs with supervisors and schedule required training.
Audit staff performance and observe practices across shifts.
