Qualifications

• Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Must obtain RN licensure within one year if holding a temporary permit.
• PA residency waiver applies for this title.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
• Teamwork and effective communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate resident health services.
