Job summary

Ratio NYC is seeking an experienced injector to join our Chelsea studio on a part-time basis (10–30 hours/week) with potential for full-time. You will perform facial balancing, administer neurotoxins and fillers, and contribute to our complete assessment approach.

The role requires at least 2 years in injectables, a NY nursing/mid-level license, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset. You will collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional patient care and education.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of injectables experience.
• Valid nursing or mid-level provider license in New York.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Self-starter with growth mindset and business development drive.
• Effective communicator across one-on-one and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Train with Ratio NYC's co-founder and lead injector to learn complete assessment.
• Provide exceptional customer service in every client interaction.
• Perform complete assessment and develop treatment plans.
• Educate clients about neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Administer neurotoxin and dermal fillers in on-/off-label areas.
• Administer biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse).
• Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation.
• Adhere to procedures, safety protocols, and HIPAA.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced injector (at least 2 years) that's interested in part-time injectables work (up to 10-30 hours a week) with opportunity for growth within the company and opportunity for full-time employment.

We are a boutique injectables practice with 3 team members. Women owned and founded.

We are experiencing growth and seeking another injector to join our team and work alongside our current lead NYC injector at our Chelsea studio.

Seeking someone who is driven, self-sufficient, embodies our ethos, and is excited to grow our brand and practice with us.

Seeking a candidate who is comfortable and proficient with facial balancing and assessment, administering neurotoxin (Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport) in on-label and off-label treatment areas, as well as dermal fillers and biostimulators in on-label and off-label treatment areas.

Duties

• Train with Ratio NYC's co-founder and 12+ year experienced injector and learn how to assess and treat in the way of the Ratio "complete assessment"
• Train with Ratio NYC's lead nurse injector with 6 years of injecting experience
• Provide exceptional customer service in every client interaction
• Perform the Ratio NYC complete assessment and develop treatment plans for clients
• Educate clients about neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Administer neurotoxin (Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport) in on-label and off-label treatment areas
• Administer dermal fillers in on-label and off-label treatment areas
• Administer biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse)
• Complete and maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for every client
• Adhere to all company-wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety protocols
• Adhere to infection control standards including, but not limited to: hand hygiene, use of PPE, and equipment disinfection/sterilization; strong commitment to HIPAA privacy practices

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the injectables industry and proficient with administering neurotoxin and dermal fillers on-label and off-label, and interested in developing those skills further
• Valid nursing or mid-level provider (RN, PA-C, ARNP) license in the state of New York
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Proven experience as a nurse or similar role
