Job summary

MIHSA Aesthetics in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical skills with a passion for natural, personalized treatments and a commitment to patient safety and education.

You will conduct consultations, develop treatment plans, and perform injectables (neurotoxins, fillers, biostimulators) and related procedures.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in New York
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience performing aesthetic injections (neurotoxins, fillers, biostimulators)
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection techniques, aesthetic assessment and safety protocols
• Experience recognizing and responding to potential injectable complications
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-consultation skills
• Ability to conduct aesthetic consultations and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Experience with biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse preferred
• Knowledge of aesthetic nursing care methods, infection-control standards and clinical safety procedures
• Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills
• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, patient-focused
• Comfortable working independently and with medical/admin teams
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Commitment to ongoing aesthetic education and skill development
• Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and supporting practice sales goals
• Must be available weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including medical history review, aesthetic goals, treatment recommendations, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes
• Develop individualized and comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans
• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, and Daxxify, dermal fillers, and biostimulators including Sculptra and Radiesse
• Perform additional aesthetic treatments as trained, including microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, facials, and laser treatments
• Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation, including charting, treatment records, consent forms, and before-and-after photography
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and treatment room cleanliness
• Prepare injectable products, treatment trays, and supplies as needed
• Monitor and assist with inventory of injectable products and treatment supplies
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, skincare, pre-care, and aftercare
• Assist patients with treatment planning, scheduling, and long-term aesthetic goals
• Stay current on aesthetic medicine techniques, products, anatomy, safety protocols, and industry developments
• Participate in continued education and skills development
• Support practice growth through strong patient relationships, treatment recommendations, retention, and consultative selling
• Maintain professionalism and respect the privacy, individuality, and diversity of every patient
