Qualifications

• MA state license required (LPN, RN, or NP).
• Certified in administering injectables (Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, etc.).
• Minimum 1 year hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory agents, PRP, PRF, etc.) with exceptional safety and technique.
• Conduct detailed consultations to assess client goals and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and follow-up communication.
• Educate clients on pre-/post-care, skincare, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with medical leadership and fellow team members to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of clinical care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Community and current client outreach to grow client base.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Injector (LPN, RN, or NP) licensed to practice and inject in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The ideal candidate combines passion and clinical precision with an artistic eye, providing injectable and advanced aesthetic treatments that reflect the elevated standard of the Aesthetic Dose® brand. Our hope is for the right person to come in and run one of our locations and therefore earn based on their own serviced client base but also the total revenue from the location (includes 1 esthetician and potential for another esthetician and injector).
