About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector to join our growing aesthetics team. This role is ideal for a licensed Nurse Practitioner with hands‑on injectable experience, strong consultation skills, and a passion for delivering natural-looking, confidence-building results.

The Aesthetic NP Injector will provide high-quality injectable treatments, educate patients on aesthetic options, and create personalized treatment plans that support each patient’s goals. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, professional, relationship-driven, and committed to providing an elevated patient experience.

Compensation : This position offers competitive compensation of $55–$60 per hour, based on experience, plus bonus and performance incentives.

Schedule : This role is expected to work 32–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling based on business and patient needs.

What you’ll do

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and maintenance plans.
• Build strong, trusted patient relationships through professionalism, follow‑up, and patient‑centered care.
• Support patient retention, rebooking, and long‑term treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical, safety, and compliance standards.
• Partner with the practice team to deliver a polished, welcoming, and high‑quality patient experience.
• Stay current on injectable techniques, aesthetic trends, product knowledge, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Oregon, in good standing
• Prior hands‑on experience performing aesthetic injectables strongly preferred.
• Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Strong consultation, patient education, and treatment‑planning skills.
• Professional, warm, and confident bedside manner.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Team‑oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for aesthetics, patient experience, and natural‑looking outcomes

Clinical Competencies

• Ability to safely administer injectable treatments in accordance with Oregon regulations and clinical protocols

• Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety

• Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments

Compliance & Documentation

• Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards

• Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
