Waukegan Health and Rehab in Illinois is seeking a Night Shift Nurse (LPN or RN) to provide quality resident care overnight and supervise CNA nursing functions.
You will coordinate care with other disciplines, document all resident information, administer medications, participate in care conferences, and pursue ongoing education within regulatory guidelines. This is a full-time night position with competitive pay and benefits.
Must have current and active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois.
The primary purpose of the Nurse for Night Shift (LPN or RN) is to provide quality nursing care to our residents overnight, and to supervise the day‑to‑day nursing functions performed by the CNA. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) is also responsible to coordinate all aspects of a resident’s care with other disciplines in the facility. Job duties are in accordance with the current Federal and State regulations that govern the facility.
