Job summary

Geneva Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Geneva is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team.

As an LPN you will monitor residents, assist with activities of daily living, and support the healthcare team to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license or in the process of scheduling/taking the state exam
• Graduated from an LPN training program

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
