Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of nursing staff in home health or community settings.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess patient care quality and guide staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to optimize outcomes.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
• Provide training and performance evaluations to nursing staff.
