The Nurse Field Supervisor plays a vital leadership role in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in various community and home health settings. This position involves coordinating nursing activities, managing field operations, and serving as a liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and administrative teams. The Nurse Field Supervisor is responsible for monitoring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies to maintain safety and quality standards. They provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to nursing personnel, fostering professional development and teamwork. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
