Responsibilities

• Assists registered nurse in patient care as outlined in nursing care plan.
• Performs routine procedural tasks and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Assists with activities of daily living per patient needs.
• Observes, records, and reports patient concerns to RN in a timely manner.
• Assists RN with examinations and procedures as directed.
• Acts as a sitter when assigned.
• Maintains infection prevention and safety standards.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
