White River Health in Batesville, AR seeks an Education Specialist to support nursing workforce development through coordinating the Summer Nurse Extern Program, student clinical placements, and partnerships with local nursing programs.

You will recruit, coordinate, support, and track Nurse Externs; collaborate with nursing programs and instructors on schedules and requirements; and assist with recruitment to encourage employment at White River Health.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with students, faculty, and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic education systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Nurse Extern Program from recruitment through completion.
• Manage schedules, orientation, clinical experiences, and participant support.
