Job Details

Position: Nurse Extern - 7C

Responsibilities

• Perform specific tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Demonstrate accountability for assigned patients on shift or assignment.
• Seek out learning opportunities and guidance from appropriate individuals.

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager or a Registered Nurse, the Nurse Extern will carry out routine patient care assignments, work in controlled care situations, and perform established nursing procedures for individuals or groups of patients.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Nursing.
• Completed at least one (1) semester of medical-surgical clinical rotation.
• CPR certified in Pennsylvania.
