Job summary

CENTRAL INDIANA‑AMG SPECIALTY HOSPITAL in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Full Time Assistant Chief Clinical Officer (ACCO), Registered Nurse, to join the Administrative Team. The ACCO will oversee nursing education, quality, risk management, and performance improvement.

Qualified applicants must have Infection Control and Quality experience, Indiana RN licensure, ACLS and BLS, and demonstrated leadership with nursing administration experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Indiana Registered Nurse Licensure.
• Minimum of one year critical care experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of two-four years' experience in nursing administration.
• Current ACLS
• Current BLS
• Infection Control and Quality experience is required!

Responsibilities

• Oversight of nursing education, quality, risk management and performance improvement.
• Identify, investigate, report, prevent and control HAIs.
• Lead infection prevention programs and pre-employment medical screening.
• Serve as liaison to worker's compensation carrier and risk management.
• Develop and implement Utilization Review plans.
