Job summary
Unify Recruit is looking for a Master’s or Doctorate-prepared Registered Nurse who is passionate about nurturing nursing students in a fast-paced academic environment in Minnesota. The position involves teaching nursing courses and supporting both synchronous and asynchronous learning. A Master's Degree is required and CPR certification is a must. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of RN clinical experience, with teaching experience preferred. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for faculty development.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing required, Doctorate preferred.
Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Minimum 1 year RN clinical experience required; 2+ years preferred.
Previous teaching or training experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Utilizing effective teaching strategies and fostering an engaging, student-centered learning environment.
Supporting synchronous and asynchronous learning through live classroom tools and outreach.
Connecting course objectives to performance outcomes with organized and effective instruction.
Assisting in curriculum development, assessment, and program improvement initiatives.
Maintaining an active classroom presence and collaborating with academic leadership.
Participating in faculty meetings, events, and committee work as assigned.
