Job summary

Unify Recruit is looking for a Master’s or Doctorate-prepared Registered Nurse who is passionate about nurturing nursing students in a fast-paced academic environment in Minnesota. The position involves teaching nursing courses and supporting both synchronous and asynchronous learning. A Master's Degree is required and CPR certification is a must. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of RN clinical experience, with teaching experience preferred. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for faculty development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing required, Doctorate preferred.
• Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Minimum 1 year RN clinical experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing effective teaching strategies and fostering an engaging, student-centered learning environment.
• Supporting synchronous and asynchronous learning through live classroom tools and outreach.
• Connecting course objectives to performance outcomes with organized and effective instruction.
• Assisting in curriculum development, assessment, and program improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining an active classroom presence and collaborating with academic leadership.
• Participating in faculty meetings, events, and committee work as assigned.
