Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced nursing leader to provide consultation and leadership across designated areas of expertise. Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience in nursing and/or healthcare-related field.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing and minimum four (4) years of direct patient care or related experience.
• Credentials from multiple states required; primary state credentials at hire; others post-hire.
• Oregon and Washington RN licenses or Compact license within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and leadership in designated areas of expertise.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex issues and achieve project objectives.
• Mentor and coach staff on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff and practitioners.
• Identify and explore innovation opportunities in care delivery models and workflows.
