Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license (or Multistate) with NJ endorsement and current BLS; ACLS preferred.
• Master's degree in Nursing with Educator/Preceptor experience; EMR proficiency (EPIC).
• Minimum 5 years of acute care hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate and coach nursing staff; design and implement learning initiatives.
• Act as clinical resource and change agent for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
• Develop learning plans aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to close performance gaps and improve patient outcomes.
