Requirements include a BSN, NJ RN license, and at least five years in the specialty; MSN/Nursing Education is preferred. The position is salaried, day shift, at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing required.
• MSN or MSN-Nursing Education preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in the specialty.
• Active NJ RN license or compact license with NJ endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Design, teach, and evaluate educational programs for staff at all levels.
• Coordinate orientation, in-service education, and continuing education.
• Develop group and individual learning plans and assess learner progress.
• Participate in Nurse Residency Program and support governance.
