Summary of Job Duties: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team in Helena, AR. This role will work closely with our Maternal Health projects to evaluate and assess health risks on program participants and patients seen on our mobile health units or community-based locations. Additionally, the Nurse Educator will be responsible for managing relationships with program participants and local organizations. The successful candidate will track program progress and timeline deliverables to ensure the goals and objectives of the project are met while also ensuring that relationships with participants and institutional stakeholders are maintained throughout the project. They will engage in various activities such as outreach and participant recruitment, participant screening and assessment, health education, care coordination/service navigation, and community education/engagement. The Nurse Educator will play a vital role in tracking program deliverables through effective utilization of program management software and will proactively identify any barriers and ensure that all program objectives are met and that data collection is accurate.
