Summary of Job Duties:
Seeking a Nurse Educator to work in Helena, AR, focusing on maternal health projects, evaluating health risks, managing relationships with participants and organizations, tracking program progress, engaging in outreach, and ensuring data accuracy.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an associate degree and 7 years of experience as an educator/instructor or RN, or BSN with 5 years of experience.
  • One year of clinical experience.
  • Valid Arkansas RN license.
  • Current BLS certification or must obtain within 30 days.
  • Valid AR driver's license, insurance, reliable vehicle, and occasional out-of-state travel.
  • Personal cell phone required.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency with program management software and EHR systems.
  • Ability to evaluate health risks, organize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of community health principles, care coordination, and health education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in health education and community engagement.
  • EPIC experience.
  • Bilingual abilities.
  • Maternal or women's health experience.
Additional Information:
Key Responsibilities:Including preparing patients, assisting providers, managing relationships with community stakeholders, tracking program deliverables, and addressing barriers to meet program objectives.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Required documents include license or certificate and resume. Optional documents include CV and proof of veteran status.
