• Develops educational programs and curriculum based on current literature and research.
• Implements and facilitates programs including orientation, in-service and continuing education.
• Evaluates outcomes and competencies; analyzes cost and resource utilization for improvements.
• Provides leadership as a knowledge resource and mentors staff on new procedures.
• Develops clear, concise communications and materials; uses appropriate marketing for programs.
