Job summary

UNC Health Rex Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Educator to coordinate and teach New Teammate Orientation and Nursing Orientation every 2 weeks. The role includes BLS and CPI instruction, teaching 2–4 classes per month, and providing clinical supervision.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff development, designing education materials, mentoring staff, and leading education initiatives across service areas. Position is full-time, onsite, Smithfield, NC with day schedule.

• Assists in orientation and placement of nursing students.
