Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a Clinical Educator (RN) to advance bedside nurse development through education, mentorship, and evidence‑based practice. The role supports professional growth and fosters empowerment within diverse clinical settings.

The incumbent will act as educator, facilitator, and researcher to drive excellence in nursing care and serve as a change agent within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or active enrollment with expected completion within 18 months.
• Washington RN license required at hire.
• BLS by American Heart Association required on hire.
• 3 years of related clinical experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Adult Education – course development experience.

Responsibilities

• Influence professional development and competence of nurses through education and evidence‑based practice.
• Serve as educator, change agent, facilitator, consultant and researcher to support bedside nurses.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Master's Degree in Nursing or actively enrolled
