Job summary
Providence St Peter Hospital-Olympia is seeking a Nurse Educator to provide educational support to clinical staff, focusing on staff development and clinical expertise. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
- Master's degree or actively enrolled in a master's program is required.
- Washington RN license required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) required upon hire.
- 3 years recent experience in an acute care setting with knowledge of acute care clinical issues, quality improvement theories and methods, adult learning principles, and data analysis methods.

- Provide educational support to clinical staff and focus on staff clinical development and expertise.
- Collaborate with regional education team and unit clinical leadership to plan for development of excellence in care.
